Prices exclude tax. Paddle, our reseller, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.
How billing works
- Each month you pay $50.00 up front through Paddle. That $50.00 is usage for the month.
- Dubs are charged by the second of the original file, with a 30-second minimum per dub: 6¢ a minute with an AI voice and 22¢ a minute with your own voice.
- If your team uses more than $50.00 in a month, we charge the difference when the month closes. If you use less, the rest does not carry over to the next month.
- Usage is capped at $300.00 a month to start, so a mistake can't run up a large bill. At the cap, new dubs pause until the next month. Write to us to raise it.
Example: your team dubs 1,000 minutes with AI voices in a month. That's $60.00 of usage. You paid $50.00 at the start of the month, so at the end of the month we charge $10.00.

Files that don't stick around
Uploads are deleted after 24 hours and dubbed files after 30 days, like every Yapflip account.

Business-to-business terms, with a data processing agreement on request.
Questions
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancel from the Business page and the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. The monthly minimum is not refunded, and usage over the minimum in that last month is charged shortly before the plan ends.
What happens to free minutes and prepaid balance?
They stay on each person's own account. While someone's dubs go to the company plan, their free minutes and balance are not used. If they leave the company, their dubs go back to their own balance.
Who can see our dubs?
Each person's dubs and files stay private to them. Owners see usage: how many dubs and minutes each person used and what they cost.
What if a payment fails?
New dubs pause until the payment goes through. Dubs already running finish. Paddle emails a link to update the card, and owners can also find it on the Business page.
Do we get a data processing agreement?
Yes. Write to [email protected] and we'll send it.
Do word fixes cost the same?
Yes. Each dub includes a free round of word fixes, and later fixes cost 8¢ per change, billed to the plan.
